Ingredients
200g Carte D'Or Frozen Dessert Powder
700ml Meadowland Classique Cream
200ml cold water
20ml black coffee, sweetened
50g shortcake pieces, broken
50g chocolate pieces, broken
20g meringue pieces, broken

Method
Add powder to the cream and water, whip on low speed until combined.
Whip on medium speed for 15 minutes.
Add the coffee and whip for 1 minute.
Fold in hte rest of the ingredients.
Spoon into the desired mould and freeze for 3 - 4 hours.

Serves: 20 portions
Preparation: 20 minutes
Freezing: 3 - 4 hours
