Chocolate Mousse - by Petro Empty Chocolate Mousse - by Petro

Ingredients
150g dark chocolate
4 eggs
250ml fresh cream
45ml icing sugar



Method
Break chocolate into small blocks and melt over boiling water.
Allow to cool
Divide eggs. Beat egg yolks into melted chocolate until smooth
Blend and beat icing sugar and cream until thick – fold into chocolate mix
Divide into small bowls or place all in one large bowl

Refrigerate and chill until set
