Tart, Apple - by Petro Empty Tart, Apple - by Petro

3 heaped tablespoons soft margarine / butter
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 heaped cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
¼ cup milk
1 tin unsweetened pie appels - chopped

Preheat oven to 180°C
Grease an ovenproof dish well
Blend margarine / butter and sugar well
Add eggs one at a time and beat well
Add cake flour, baking powder, salt and milk to mixture
Pour batter into greased bowl
Evenly spread the chopped apples over mixture
bake for 30 minutes at 180°C

1 cup syrup
¼ cup butter / margarine
½ cup milk

Pour all ingredients into a pot and allow to cook (boil) for 5 minutes

When apple tart is done - remove from oven - guy a few times with a fork and pour hot sauce over.
When tart has cooled down completely mix 250ml fresh cream / Orley Whip with 2 tablespoons icing sugar and spread over tart
