Ingredients

1 cup Flour
60 ml Sugar
1 cup Mealiemeal
Pinch of Salt
1 tin Sweat Corn (Top can up with milk)
2 Eggs
15 ml Baking Powder
1/2 cup of Milk

Method

Mix all ingredients well together in a bowl.
Spray a Ring dish with spray&cook.
Sprinkle the bottom of the dish with Paprika (for a bit of colour).
Pour mixture into ring dish and bake on high in microwave for 15 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with butter to taste. This is very good as a side dish with a barbeque.
