Easiest Cookie recipe in the world:

Ingredients
800 g flour
2ml salt
500 g butter or marg
400 g sugar
125 ml milk
10 ml baking soda



Method
1. Mix flour and salt
2. Mix in marg or butter with fingertips
3. Heat sugar, milk and baking soda over medium heat up to boiling point - be careful that the mixture does not boil over
4. Pour milk mixture over the flour mixture and mix well
5. Cool the dough - can stand overnight
6. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees celcius
7. Grease baking sheets
8. The cookies can either be formed by making little balls and flattening them with a fork, can go in a cookie press or you can roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter
9. Bake 10 - 12 minutes

You can also add custard powder, coffee, coconut etc to custom make your cookie
