Suitable for toddlers

Makes 12

· 150g short crust pastry
· 50g cheddar cheese
· 2 slices of ham, chopped
· 75g frozen sweet corn
· 1 egg
· 120ml milk

1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Roll out the pastry on a floured surface.
2. Cut out 12 circles with a large biscuit cutter if you have one, otherwise an upside down coffee mug will do the trick. Re-roll the pastry if necessary. Put the pastry circles into a greased muffin tray.
3. Grate the cheese. Mix the cheese, ham & sweet corn together and divide the mixture equally between the 12 pastry cases.
4. Beat together the egg and milk. Pour this mixture equally into the tartlets
5. Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Allow to cool and serve
