Blue cheese adds a distinctive flavour to these decadent chicken pita pockets – simply irresistible.

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 60 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins

300 g chicken breasts, cut into strips
15 ml olive oil
1 red pepper, cubed
2 tomatoes, finely diced
125 g blue cheese, crumbled
200 ml sour cream
100 ml Knorr Chicken Marinade
1 garlic clove, crushed
5 ml thyme
4 pita pockets
30 ml coriander leaves

Marinate chicken in Knorr Chicken Marinade for 1 hour in the refrigerator

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and brown the chicken

Add garlic, peppers and thyme and continue to fry for 3 min

Remove from the heat and add chopped tomatoes

Spoon filling into pita pockets and top with crumbled blue cheese and coriander leaves

Serve with sour cream on the side
