Tuna Tart - by 2TA

Tuna Tart...

Ingredients:
1 tin tuna
2 cups grated cheese
250ml (1 cup) milk
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 tsp flour
1 chopped onion
2ml cayenne pepper

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together, except cayenne pepper. Place into a tart/quiche size dish and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
2. Bake at 180 deg for 1/2 hour...

It's as easy as that!!!!
PS. I always double this and freeze one - they are so easy and very tasty...
