Lamb chops in Slow Cooker - by Ethan's Mommy

I used to make this when I was still working, I just popped it in the slow cooker before work and then I got home, just made rice and veg.

Ingredients
Lamb chops
Lemon Juice
Water
Salt & Pepper


Method

Pack lamb chops in slow cooker, mix ¼ cup of lemon juice and ¾ cup of water, add 2
lamb chops, season with salt and pepper.

Leave chops in slow cooker for 8 hours, take out and bake in
220 Oven just too brown.

U can do the same with leg of lamb.
