Ingredients
4 tablespoons self raising flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil

Method
1. Mix together dry ingredients
2. Mix the egg into the mixture & stir very well.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the mug.
3. Put in the microwave, for about 2 minutes & 30 seconds.

You have to use a large cofee mug to make this cake in. It's really easy & great for a quick chocolate fix - I had mine with some cream. I didn't have cocoa, so I used some Milo - and it came out really well! Also, I had it in the microwave for about 4 minutes, but my microwave is quite weak (700W). So I guess you just have to adjust your cooking time if you have a different microwave.
