MMR... Empty MMR...

Have any of you taken your little one for this vaccine?

Did they have any side effects?

I have been putting it off, but have decided I need to get it done. So scared it makes her sick and the sleep and eating routine (that has just come right) go out the window .... damn its a tough decision to make ....

We went on 18 months. No side effects, not even red marks on her arms the next day.

The nurse told me they must get it between 15 and 18 months

Yes it supposed to be at 15 months. Kate has had a cold for almost 4 months on and off now. And finally she is better, so I was thinking better get it done and over with.

Lalla - good to hear no side effects.

Kate got such a high fever when she went for the one before this - think it was just measles vaccine, that I have been dreading this one...

I supose its different with every child, but I dont remember Lia getting any side-effects. Perhaps a mild fever, bit completely manageable.
And she also went much later than 15 months. Closer to 18, I think.
