Ingredients
500ml Ultra Mel Vanilla Custard
400g Fruit cake, sliced
100g red glace cherries, halved
100g green glace cherries, halved
250ml cream, whisked until stiff
3 whole glace figs or 3 preserved green figs, sliced
Method
Pack the custard, fruitcake, cherries and cream in layers in an attractive glass bowl or individual glasses
Decorate with green figs
Leave in the fridge for about an hour to allow the flavours to mix[b]
