Miracle Pie - by Rey

Ingredients:





4 eggs


1/4 cup margarine


1/2 cup white sugar


1/2 cup cake flour


1/4 teaspoon sout


1/2 teaspoon baking powder


2 cups milk


1 cup coconut


1 teaspoon vanilla essence





Method:





1. Preheat oven to
180˚C.


2. Place all the
ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.


3. Pour into a
greased 25cm diameter baking dish.


4. Bake for approx
50 minutes.





It turns into a crust, a custard filling and a coconut
topping !!!
