Sunburn

Some tips on how to treat sunburn:

• Put child in a lukewarm bath with apple vinegar in it (1 cup for 1 full bath)
  
• Wipe with cotton wool soaked in brandy
  
• Put a rooibos tea bag in a tiny bit of water and add it to aqueous cream - smear on
  
• Put lots of Aloe Vera & Cucumber Vaseline cream on
  
• Give Ibuprufen (like myprodyl or something similiar)
  
• Give lots of fluids for the next 2-3 days
  
• Stay out of the sun until skin is healed.
  

erm.... put sunscreen on :))
