thanks for a great post SEH... I was just trying to compile a first aid kit to take with us to the Transkei (seeing that we will be in the middle of nowhere!!!) and I was wondering what should be on the list in terms of essentials... so great, thanks!!!!!!!

Before we went on vacation I got some stuff from our friendly chemist and he also suggested buscopan for stomach cramps, other than that, very similar to whats on here already! Nice topic, thanks!
