450g mince
1 slice of bread
3 Tblsp oil
1 cup milk
2 Tblsp marg
1 onion chopped
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tblsp curry powder
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 Tblsp chutney
1 Tblsp vinegar
3 Tblsp apricot jam
1 Tblsp Worcestorshire sauce
1 cup raisins

1. Heat oil and marg in saucepan and add onions and garlic. Fry until soft
2. Set oven to 180 deg
3. Add salt, vinegar, chutney, jam, raisins and Worcestorshire sauce. Mix together
4. Remove from heat and add 1 egg. Mix
5. Beat the other egg and 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper together in a jug.
6. Soak slice of bread in 1/2 cup of milk and add to mince. Mix in so the bread disappears
7. place mince in oven proof dish and pour egg and milk mixture over the top
8. Bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until you can see it is cooked.
