Great for lunch :)

Serves 2
Prep time 10mins
Cooking time 10mins

1 tin tuna in brine, drained
50g breadcrumbs
1 egg
3 chives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
50g spaghetti
1 tomato chopped
20 olive oil

1. Place the tuna in a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, egg, chives and the salt and pepper and mix together. Using tablespoonfuls roll into bite-sized balls.

2. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain and add the tomato and oil, stir to coat the spaghetti.

3. Heat a little sunflower oil in a large frying pan and lightly fry the tuna balls for 10mins or until golden. Serve with the spaghetti.

From the Your Family Magazine.... and I've made them, both kids ate it!!
