Cheesecake with Granadilla Topping - by Petro Empty Cheesecake with Granadilla Topping - by Petro

Ingredients
200g Tennis Biscuits (1 packet)
80g Marvello Full Fat Margarine, melted
500g Carte D'Or Cheesecake Powder
500ml cold water
100ml Meadowland Classique Cream
15ml lemon juice
Topping
85g Pineapple Jelly
375ml water
200ml Passion Fruit Sauce



Method
Crush biscuits and mix with Marvello Margarine, press into base of a greased spring tin, set in fridge.
Pour cold water and Meadowland Classique into mixing bowl, add Cheesecake Powder. Mix with electric beater for 4 - 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice & mix
Pour mixture over biscuits, smooth over and place in fridge to set for 1 hour


For Topping
Mix boiling water with pineapple jelly powder until dissolved.
Add Passion Fruit Sauce and leave to cool completely. Pour over cheesecake and leave to set in fridge
Unmould and serve
