Ingredients
2kg chicken breast fillets or chicken pieces
1 cup Carte D'Or MAngo & Apricot Sauce
1 cup Meadowland Classique Cream
1 cup Knorr Carde D'Or Mustard Sauce
100ml Knorr Roasted Onion Gravy Powder
30g fresh coriander,finely chopped



Method
Place the chicken in a roasting dish
Mix together Mango & Apricot Sauce, Maedowland Classique, Mustard Sauce, and Roast Onion Gravy Powder until well blended
Pour the mixture over the chicken and place in a preheated oven at

160°C for 40 minutes
Serve with roasted vegetables, Mash Potato or steamed rice

SERVES: 12 - 16 PORTIONS
PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING / SETTING TIME: 40 MINUTES
