Oxtail - by 2TA Empty Oxtail - by 2TA

Spice with salt, pepper and paprika, then turn in flour. Seal (fry) in hot oil and place in your slow cooker or an oven proof dish.
Separately fry 1 onion and 2 chopped carrots.
Add small tin tomato paste and fry till brown.
Add 1 glass of red wine and one packet of oxtail soup diluted in ½ litre water.
Bring all to boil and pour over oxtail cook slowly for about 4-5 hours.
(if in the oven, do it at 200, stir every hour or so)...
Serve with mash potato.
