* 1 kg pre-made bread-doug (you can buy it at any bakery. Those they talked about when we were talking about the pizza's)
* Margarine
* Caramel brown sugar
* Brown Sugar
* 1 Box cream, 250ml (if you want more syrup, use 2 boxies)

* You take a large oven pan and rub margarine,not too little, on the bottom and sides.
* Take the Caramel brown sugar and sprinkle it over the margarine base - more sugar, more caramel syrup..
* Rub your hands with margarine.
* Take the doug and make small balls.
* Place them on the Caramel sugar layer.
* When the whole pan is full and the doug is done, pour the cream in a mug.
* Add 5 heaped dessert spoons of brown sugar and stir till sugar is mostly desolved.
* Pour over the doug balls.
* Take some brown sugar and sprinkle over doug balls.
* Put in a pre heated oven at 160 degrees Celcius and bake for approx 35 min (check bread to see if it is done)

Note: Bread will be little "moosy" at the bottom due to the caramel syrup.

When you dish up the bread, you can pour some of the caramel syrup over it! I like to make this when we have a braai
