Roast Potatoes - by Ethan's Mommy Empty Roast Potatoes - by Ethan's Mommy

This does involve a bit of work, but is so worth it! I make potato wedges the same way!

Ingredients
Potatoes
Butter (real butter)
Oil


Method
Cut potatoes up in the size pieces u want. With or without skin.

Boil in microwave till well done. (put in microwave bowl, add water to cover and salt, boil for about 15 min – this is with 3 potatoes)

Take a fork and scrape the potatoes, so that it is a bit rough. Scrap once on each side.

Warm butter and oil in pan, pan must be hot, add potatoes. The reason why u scraped the potatoes is, now the potatoes will crisp up where u scraped it, brown each side until golden, not to golden.

Place the potatoes in 180 degrees oven for about 30 – 40 min. Pour over oil and butter mix from pan, before put u put the
potatoes in oven.


I have never made potatoes in any other way, this is just the best!
