125ml butter or marge
2 blocks of beef stocks
2 t/s ground black pepper
1.5 t/s nutmeg
2 t/s fine coriander
1 cup flour
500ml milk
1.5l hot water
1 cup of cheddar, grated
1 cup fine, grated biltong
100g blue cheese
Pieces of sliced biltong

Melt the butter in a pot.
Crumble the beef stock and add to butter.
Add all other spices.
Add some milk and water to the flour to make a paste.
Add this, as well as all other ingredients (except the biltong and the port) to the mixture in the pot.
Let it simmer until cooked.
Add biltong and port just before serving
